Preconception, prenatal and postnatal nutrition is critical because not only are you nourishing your own body, but you’re also creating and nourishing a human being. Before you become pregnant, it’s important to get your body ready for that – start taking prenatal vitamins, watch your diet, incorporate physical activity, and reduce stress. Then during pregnancy you may be experiencing morning sickness, constipation, fatigue, food cravings, food aversions, or other symptoms and it may be hard to get nutrient dense foods. Postnatal, depending on if you’re breastfeeding or not, it’s important to nourish yourself after everything your body has been through.

This is an exciting time and an incredible time to see what our bodies are capable of. You will go through so many changes in a relatively short amount of time. It can be stressful, but I am here to guide you through it. I will be there to teach you what/what not to eat based off of the latest research, how to incorporate healthy eating, what supplements you should and shouldn’t have and give you that support and education throughout these changes.

I want you to feel confident in the decisions you’re making. This is your time to shine and to follow your intuitions as a mother.
